Calendar and AI

Today’s events go into the Assistant’s brief — as their own section, next to mail and payments.

The event card shows the surrounding schedule: what’s before, what’s after and what the meeting overlaps with. Conflicts are highlighted while you plan, before the invitation goes out.

The room has a copilot — a panel that follows the conversation and keeps a running ledger: what was discussed, what was decided, what’s still open. A note from the copilot can be sent to the agent chat or saved.

The copilot works as the conversation goes; there’s no “start” to press — the panel opens when you need it.

  • The recording’s transcript and summary attach to the event.
  • The meeting note sits alongside.
  • The agent works through the commitments and proposes tasks with owners and due dates — you confirm the ones you want.
  • Links grow out of the meeting: participants become contacts, topics attach to projects. That’s what later makes “what did we settle with this person” answerable.

The agent can look at your schedule, find an event, create a meeting and propose a time. Creating and changing events, like sending invitations, goes through confirmation — a calendar is visible to other people, and silent edits have no place there.
