Transactions and liabilities
Transactions
Section titled “Transactions”The full list of money movements with filters and a summary for the period — unlike Overview, which shows only the five most recent records.
At the top: a period selector (this month, last month, 90 days, year, all time) and four cards — income, expenses, transfers, net flow. Only transactions in the base currency are counted: records in other currencies are visible in the table but stay out of the totals.
Filters: search over the description and counterparty, category, account and type. The table shows date, description, category, account and amount. A transfer appears as “source account → destination account”, with the amount shown without a sign or colour.
Clicking a row opens the edit panel. Deleting warns that the balance of the linked account will be adjusted.
A category hidden later in the reference book still shows on transactions that already use it — it is simply not offered for new ones.
Receipts and purchase evidence
Section titled “Receipts and purchase evidence”A transaction created from an email or an SMS with an electronic receipt keeps the receipt details. They show in two places:
- on hover over the merchant badge in the row — a popup with the tax IDs, the receipt number and time, masked fiscal numbers and the number of source emails;
- inside the transaction — the same block plus purchase evidence: the merchant, the category “from the evidence chain”, the amount charged against the receipt total (a part paid with points or a gift card is listed separately), the list of sources and a confidence percentage.
Both blocks are read-only: you cannot unlink the document or change the chain from here. A manually created transaction simply has neither.
Auto-filled fields are labelled: “from memory” — taken from your past transactions, “a guess, please check” in amber — the model’s assumption. The label disappears as soon as you edit the field yourself.
Liabilities
Section titled “Liabilities”Four menu items — All liabilities, Loans, Subscriptions, Other payments — are one screen with different filters. Where a record lands is decided by its type:
- a loan — mortgage, consumer loan, car loan, personal debt, or anything with a limit, total, outstanding balance or rate filled in. Utilities and rent are never loans;
- a subscription — the type called exactly that in the reference book;
- other payments — everything else, utilities and rent first of all.
All liabilities is the shared dashboard: the number of payments, the monthly total (status “Active” only, with yearly and quarterly amounts converted to a monthly equivalent), the yearly estimate (monthly × 12), the next payment; a load-per-day chart for the month; payments by type; and tabs with counts.
Loans — total debt, monthly payment, overpayment across the whole term, number of active loans. A loan card shows the balance against the original amount, the rate, the payment, the end date and a “N% repaid” bar when both dates are set. A credit card shows debt against the limit, the minimum payment and the grace period instead.
The monthly payment and total debt only count loans with a monthly period: a quarterly one is visible in the list but not in the total.
Subscriptions — monthly, yearly, active count and the next charge (computed from the “Payment day” field; without it a subscription is left out of the calculation). Pausing or closing a subscription is only possible through the Status field in the edit panel — the screen has no dedicated buttons.
Other payments — recurring obligations that are neither loans nor subscriptions. For utilities and rent the total, balance and rate fields are not shown at all.
Deleting a liability is honest about the consequences: the record and its future scheduled charges disappear, past transactions stay in the history but lose the link. To stop the charges only, change the status.
The payments calendar
Section titled “The payments calendar”One grid of upcoming and overdue payments: subscriptions, obligations, assets and work-related income. The screen shows expectations 90 days ahead, not history: scrolling into the past shows an empty month.
Four KPIs for the month: income, charges, number of events, overdue. The Month view is a grid with indicator dots and a compact net total per day; the List view is a flat list by date with the source type (subscription, obligation, asset, work, project milestone, retainer). The right panel shows the selected day.
Issuing an invoice
Section titled “Issuing an invoice”The button appears in the side panel only for incoming expectations that do not have a number yet. The dialog asks for an invoice number and a date (no later than today) — the payment reminder is counted from the invoice date.
Once saved, the row shows “Invoice № … dated …” and a Revoke invoice button, which clears the number immediately without confirmation so you can issue it again. A duplicate number is not blocked: the app saves it and warns which other expectation carries the same number.
The action itself creates and deletes no transactions — it only marks the expectation.
