Scenarios
A meeting you need to remember
Section titled “A meeting you need to remember”Record the conversation and link it to the calendar event. You end up with a transcript, a summary and the meeting note in one place. Then the agent works through the commitments and proposes tasks with owners; you confirm.
A client call
Section titled “A client call”Record microphone and system audio together — both sides then land on separate channels. Afterwards ask the agent what the client asked for and what you promised.
A lecture or a video
Section titled “A lecture or a video”Add the file or link through import. If the video has subtitles, take them — you get the text in seconds instead of minutes of recognition. From there it’s an ordinary recording: search, summary, questions to the agent.
Thinking out loud
Section titled “Thinking out loud”A short dictation instead of a note. The transcript goes into search, so the thought isn’t lost even if you forgot you recorded it.
Searching what was said
Section titled “Searching what was said”Recordings are indexed alongside notes and documents. “When did we discuss the price” finds the fragment of the conversation and seeks the audio to it.
