Leads
A lead is an enquiry from a prospective client: a call, an email, a form on your site. It is not a contact: a lead is stored separately and writes nothing into your address book, so you can create one even with every integration turned off.
The screen
Section titled “The screen”The screen is always in one of three states, and they replace each other entirely rather than stacking as modal windows:
- List — a table; clicking a row opens a preview panel on the right.
- Card — a full-screen view, opened with “Open card” from the preview.
- Editor — a full-screen create or edit form.
List columns: name (or company, if there is no name), company, status, email, phone, due date, request text. Some columns are hidden on a narrow window.
Search, filter and order
Section titled “Search, filter and order”Search covers name, company, phone, email, request text and summary at once. The status filter is a row of chips rather than a dropdown; clicking the active chip again clears the filter.
Sorting cannot be changed, the order is fixed: active leads first (New → In progress → Qualified), then by nearest due date, then by update date. Converted, rejected and junk leads always sit below. The list shows at most 200 matching leads.
The “Due” column shows the nearest date: the callback date, or the SLA date if there is no callback. A date in the past is highlighted in red.
Form fields
Section titled “Form fields”| Field | Required | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Name | no | |
| Company | no | |
| Phone | no | the format is not validated |
| no | lower-cased on save | |
| Channel | no | where it came from: site, call, messenger |
| Request | yes | Save stays disabled without it |
| Call back | no | date and time |
| SLA due | no | date and time |
The status is not editable in the editor — it is shown as a badge and switched on the card only. A new lead is always created with the status “New” and the source “Created manually”.
The summary, intent and urgency are visible on the card, but the form has no fields for them: they are meant for automatic qualification of an enquiry and are not filled in this version.
Statuses
Section titled “Statuses”Six of them: New, In progress, Qualified, Converted, Rejected, Junk. They are switched by clicking a chip on the card, immediately and without confirmation; any status can follow any other.
The interface does not ask for a rejection reason: clicking “Rejected” simply changes the status.
Deleting
Section titled “Deleting”From a list row and from the preview a lead is deleted immediately, with no confirmation. The dialog exists on the full-screen card only: “The lead will be hidden from CRM and the calendar. Contacts, tasks and projects are unchanged” — the delete is soft and related records are left alone.
How it plays out
Section titled “How it plays out”An enquiry after a call. “New lead” → fill in the name and company, the contact details, the channel and the required “Request” → set “Call back” if needed → Save. The card opens with the status “New”; once you pick the lead up, click the “In progress” chip.
Working through due dates. Find rows with a red date in the “Due” column → click the row → use “Email” or “Call” in the preview (the tiles appear only if the field is filled) → after the call open the card and switch the status or set a new callback date.
