Settings — overview
Settings is the last item in the left menu. The list of pages is on the left, grouped by meaning; the content is on the right.

Some pages have tabs, and rarely needed parameters hide under Advanced.
Search across settings
Section titled “Search across settings”It searches not only page titles but the parameters themselves and their synonyms. A match opens on its page, expands Advanced, scrolls into view and is highlighted, with focus moved to the control itself — so it works from the keyboard too.
Account
Section titled “Account”Profile, subscription and security: plan and status, end date, changing the plan, a scheduled next subscription, the payment card with auto-renewal.
Security covers the email login password. Signing out keeps local data, and deleting the account spells out the consequences: deactivation, subscription cancellation, data deletion after 14 days.

General
Section titled “General”Appearance: theme (light, dark, system), language and interface size — it scales fonts, icons and spacing across the app.
Workspace — the folder holding your notes.
Startup: launch at login, minimise to tray, check for updates.
Mail sync: background syncing and its interval, from 1 minute to an hour.
Mail notifications: system notifications and an “important only” mode.
Behavioural learning — adapting the “Needs attention” section to what you do: sensitivity (gentle, normal, aggressive), the list of hidden domains with an unblock action, and resetting the learning, which cannot be undone.
